- Tips and Secrets of Asian cooking techniques and ingredients
- How to make a range of Asian Street Foods
- Introduction to some new and must have ingredients
- Prawn or Duck Dumplings, Wonton Soup, Chicken & Chestnut Sunchoy Bao, Caramelized Pork Humble Bao (this dishes will change according to availability of ingredients and seasonal variations)
